Spring has arrived and the home sale market is heating up!
While the March housing report for Franklin County indicates the average sale price has increased 3.8% from the same time last year, the market stats are also indicating that the market is SLOWLY moving toward being balanced. The average sale price increased 1.45% from last month.
The average number of days a home is listed for sale, increased 93.7%, along with the number of homes listed, which increased 25.7% from the same time last year, both indicators that the market is shifting.
